Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Palinodia Studio services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Palinodia Studio provides web development, design, digital art, branding, marketing, and software development services. Specific project details are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials created by Palinodia Studio remain Palinodia Studio intellectual property until full project payment is completed. Once full payment is received, usage rights are transferred to the client as defined in the applicable project agreement.

The client may not claim authorship over work performed by Palinodia Studio. We reserve the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are established per project. We generally require an initial deposit before work begins. Failure to pay may result in project suspension and retention of materials until payment is completed.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for each project. While we make every effort to meet them, timelines may change due to factors outside our control or scope changes requested by the client.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or major scope changes may be subject to additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing required information, content, and materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing client input may affect project timelines.

8. Warranty and Support

We warrant that our work will be professionally delivered and function as specified. Post-launch support or ongoing maintenance is agreed separately and may involve additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

Palinodia Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any sensitive client information shared during the project. Clients are expected to keep sensitive business information from Palinodia Studio confidential as well.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with prior written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
